INGREDIENTS
- 2 OZ RON AMULETO
- 7 CHERRIES (PITTED)
- ⅓ OZ CHERRY SYRUP
- 2 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 3 DASHES OF BITTERS
- 2 PINEAPPLE LEAVES
- 1 EDIBLE FLOWER
- ICE
SERVED IN A ROCKS GLASS
PREPARATION
- IN A SHAKER OR MIXING GLASS, ADD FOUR CHERRIES, CHERRY SYRUP, PINEAPPLE JUICE, BITTERS, RON AMULETO AND ICE.
- SHAKE UNTIL THE SHAKER OR JAR IS WELL CHILLED.
- STRAIN INTO A ROCKS GLASS.
- GARNISH WITH THE REMAINING CHERRIES ON A SKEWER, AN EDIBLE FLOWER, AND PINEAPPLE LEAVES.
