Ron Amuleto

 

OUR TAKE ON THE CLASSIC PROHIBITION-ERA COCKTAIL, INSPIRED BY ACTRESS MARY PICKFORD.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ RON AMULETO
  • 7 CHERRIES (PITTED)
  • ⅓ OZ CHERRY SYRUP
  • 2 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 3 DASHES OF BITTERS
  • 2 PINEAPPLE LEAVES
  • 1 EDIBLE FLOWER
  • ICE

SERVED IN A ROCKS GLASS

PREPARATION

  1. IN A SHAKER OR MIXING GLASS, ADD FOUR CHERRIES, CHERRY SYRUP, PINEAPPLE JUICE, BITTERS, RON AMULETO AND ICE.
  2. SHAKE UNTIL THE SHAKER OR JAR IS WELL CHILLED.
  3. STRAIN INTO A ROCKS GLASS.
  4. GARNISH WITH THE REMAINING CHERRIES ON A SKEWER, AN EDIBLE FLOWER, AND PINEAPPLE LEAVES.
