Ron Amuleto

 

PERFECT FOR A SUNNY AFTERNOON, THIS PINEAPPLE-INFUSED RUM COCKTAIL IS A REFRESHING TREAT TO ENJOY AT HOME.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ RON AMULETO
  • 1 OZ PINEAPPLE SYRUP
  • 1 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 1 CINNAMON STICK
  • 1 LIME SLICE
  • ICE

SERVED IN A MARTINI GLASS

PINEAPPLE SYRUP PREPARATION

  • BLEND ½ CUP OF SUGAR, ½ CUP OF WATER, AND 4 CHUNKS OF PINEAPPLE. STRAIN AND LET COOL.

COCKTAIL PREPARATION

  1. IN A SHAKER OR MIXING GLASS, ADD THE PINEAPPLE SYRUP, LEMON JUICE, RON AMULETO, AND ICE.
  2. SHAKE UNTIL WELL CHILLED.
  3. STRAIN INTO A MARTINI GLASS.
  4. GARNISH WITH A CINNAMON STICK AND A SLICE OF LEMON.
