INGREDIENTS
- 2 OZ RON AMULETO
- 1 OZ PINEAPPLE SYRUP
- 1 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
- 1 CINNAMON STICK
- 1 LIME SLICE
- ICE
SERVED IN A MARTINI GLASS
PINEAPPLE SYRUP PREPARATION
- BLEND ½ CUP OF SUGAR, ½ CUP OF WATER, AND 4 CHUNKS OF PINEAPPLE. STRAIN AND LET COOL.
COCKTAIL PREPARATION
- IN A SHAKER OR MIXING GLASS, ADD THE PINEAPPLE SYRUP, LEMON JUICE, RON AMULETO, AND ICE.
- SHAKE UNTIL WELL CHILLED.
- STRAIN INTO A MARTINI GLASS.
- GARNISH WITH A CINNAMON STICK AND A SLICE OF LEMON.
